Products 

What is a diaper cake?
 
 A diaper cake is a very creative way to give the mother-to-be a lot of diapers and baby accessories that can be used as a decoration initially and then consumed as they need diapers and towels, etc. 

What if I do not know the baby's gender?
  Not a problem.  We offer many gifts that are gender neutral.  Be sure to check out our gender neutral page to see those gifts highlighted. 

What about gifts for mom or dad?
  We offer some gifts just for mom or dad that they will appreciate and remember.  Look in the family gifts section to see those product offerings. 

What makes your products unique?
  Many of our products are handmade so no two will ever be the same.  We take special time and effort to screen the products that we offer.  If at any time you feel that our products do not live up to the expectations that we strive to meet, please let us know.  We are constantly evaluating our product line to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with the quality of product they received, and we appreciate any feedback we receive from our customers.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
  Yes we do.  Some of our products have the option to gift wrap.  If the product has that option it will be noted as an option on the product page so be sure to look for those items if it is of interest to you.

Shipping 

What are the shipping charges?

We charge $9.95 for orders under $50 and $12.95 for orders over $50.
Free shipping promotions only apply to the continental U.S.
Packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be charged an additional $10 due to customs and distance.
Express shipping is available for an additional cost.
         - Express 2 business day shipping is $59.95
         - Express 3 business day shipping is $39.95
         - Express 4 business day shipping is $25.95

How quick can I get my order?
  Most items ship within 2 or 3 business days.  Since we offer very specialized items that can be personalized through embroidery, engraving, and painting some of those items will take up to three weeks to ship.  Be sure to read the description on the personalized items to see if the one you are selecting is going to take longer to deliver. 

Can I have the gift sent to a different address?
  Sure.  We offer our customers the ability to drop ship the order anywhere in North America and Hawaii. 

It looks like you only have two shipping rates.  Is that right?
  Yes it is.  We want to try and keep things as simple as possible so we have fair, flat-rates for shipping to make it more affordable for our customers.  In order to provide a simple shipping rate plan, however, we have everything shipped regular ground class and not overnight or next-day.  If you have an order that must be shipped urgently, call us to see what your options and pricing would be.

What carrier do you use?
  The shipping carriers we use are UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS.

Can I track the shipment?
  You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Can I ship to a PO box?
  No, We do not ship to PO or APO boxes, or overseas at this time.

Returns

What is your return policy?
  We accept returns on merchandise under the following conditions:

-The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags

It has not been personalized
-
All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase

A return authorization has been provided by ExclusiveBabyBoutique.com (this can be obtained by emailing customerservice@exclusivebabyboutique.com)

Shipping charges are not refunded.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Please include your original order number with your request.

What makes your boutique better than competing web sites?
  There are a lot of good websites out there to choose from, but we believe that the customer service we offer separates us from many of the others.  Each order is reviewed and handled by someone who is knowledgeable about the product and takes pride in you, our customer, having a good shopping experience. 

What do you use my email for?
  Very simple.  We use your email to communicate with you, our customer, regarding your order status, upcoming promotions or product offerings, or our news letter.  We DO NOT share email addresses to third parties and we do not send out a lot of promotional email to our customers.  We recognize that our customers may want to be informed about new products or promotions, but not every day or week.  Our newsletter is sent out as a link to our newsletter web page so we are not loading your email with attachments either. 

When I subscribe to your newsletter will you start sending an overwhelming number of emails?
  No.  We have a monthly newsletter that we will notify you about and occasionally we will send out a notice regarding a new product or promotion we have.  We do not like spam any more than anyone else so we treat your information with respect and do not flood your inbox with ‘the email of the day’ or ‘promotion of the week’.  If you want to discontinue the subscription to the newsletter, just send an email to customerservice@exclusivebabyboutique.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line and we will be sure to remove you from the list. 

When I buy from your web site, is my information secure?
  Yes.  We have special software that is used for the sole purpose of keeping your credit card and other personal information secure from the public.  You can also be sure that no one but a select few people at Exclusive Baby Boutique have access to read the credit card number from your order so we take extra care as a company to keep it confidential as well.

If I have a problem shopping while on your web site who do I tell about it?
  Click the email link at the bottom of every page or directly to customerservice@exclusivebabyboutique.com and let us know about your shopping experience.  We take the time to review each email to get valuable feedback from our customers as we realize it is the only way we can deliver better customer service.

What is the “bookmark” menu all about?
  There is a new type of website available called social bookmark.  They provide a way for the everyday person to store their “favorites” on a website that they can later access from anywhere.  That way whether you are at work or at home, visiting a relative or on vacation you can always have access to your list of favorites even though you do not have your computer.  In some cases, their website will tell you how many other people have the same links as you so you can see how popular the sites are that you have on your list.  All of these sites are secure so any information you store there is safe.
